Items ordered as Christmas Gifts can be returned up to the 13th January, we must receive items by this date. Please contact us regarding your return
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). If an item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and let you know when it will be available.
For all UK orders we use UK Mail or Royal Mail Special Delivery. For the USA we use FedEx or similar courier. We reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses (for example Highlands and Islands).
UK next day delivery
If you need your Lauraloves order in a hurry select our UK next working day delivery at the checkout at a cost of £8.00 per delivery address, Monday – Friday. This guarantees delivery of your order the next working day providing we receive your order before 12 noon.
All Lauraloves items are handmade in the UK with great care and we hope you love them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it in its original packaging, unused, within 21 days and we will gladly refund or exchange it for you (unfortunately we cant refund for postage). If you are returning any goods please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending. Please also contact us to let us know you are returning an order.

Faulty items return
We really hope that your Lauraloves order arrives in one piece. However, in the event of any of our products being faulty we will either refund or exchange the products for you. Please return the faulty product in its original packaging, unused, within 21 days and we will process it as quickly as we can for you. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery from receipt of your faulty item. Please also contact us to let us know you have received a faulty item.
A note about returns
Please contact us if possible if you are returning any items so we know to expect them. Once we have received your returned Lauraloves item(s), we will process it as quickly as we can. However, if we’re really busy, it can take up-to 10 days from the date of receipt. Should you have any queries about the status of your return, please just contact us and we would will give you an update.
